Reseller Return Policy

 

As a Reseller you are required to resell the product as “used” or “open box item”.

If you wish to return a single item order to us (PVI) for either Store Credit towards another purchase or full refund at the cost of a restocking fee.

 

A Reseller may return a product for FULL Store Credit if the following conditions are met and after review by our Technical Team:

 

1.            Unit returns “As new” with no dents, scratches, blemishes, or any other external damages.

2.            Unit performs and works per our specs.

3.            With Original Packaging.

 

A Reseller who does not wish to have Store Credit may be issued a refund at the cost of a 50% Restocking Fee if the following conditions are met and after review by our Technical Team:

 

1.            Unit returns “As new” with no dents, scratches, blemishes, or any other external damages.

2.            Unit performs and works per our specs.

3.            With Original Packaging.

 

If the unit does not meet these requirements a refund is NOT possible.

 

Under no condition can MULTIPLE item orders be returned to ProVideoInstruments.

 – The manufacturer, ProVideoInstruments is not obligated or required to give refunds on Multiple item or Single item orders if conditions are not met.
