I AM LOOSING OTHER CHANNELS IN MY COAX NETWORK WHEN I TURN ON THE UNIT Check to ensure you are not broadcasting on the same frequency as other signals. Please refer to our, “COMBINING SERVICE PROVIDERS SIGNALS OR ATSC WITH YOUR DEVICE ,” guide in the minimod 2 Manual. It could be that our unit is over-saturating the other signals as well because of the strength of the signal. Try lowering the RF level under the, “ADVANCE MENU.” Using attenuator works as well or amplification of the other signal such as antenna signal coming in before combining it in your coax network.
Please Do The Following when combining with other Modulators or Signals
Disconnect all your RF signals and Connect one by one until you lose one of your channels When combining a new RF signal ensure you test each channel before adding then next RF signal to ensure you are receiving all your channels. If your channels become snowy then the signal could be too strong or to weak If it is too strong then you can attenuate the signal using the RF level in the advance menu of the Minimod If the channel is lost then the RF frequency is interfering. Change the Frequency and test again.
