My Vecaster freezing on my Vlan

If your Vecaster is freezing or becoming unresponsive on your vlan this could be your network settings.


Factory reset your unit by using the hard reset button on the back of the device


Test using the default settings and directly connect to the unit. No Switch or network.


If it works then proceed to move it to your network. If it becomes unresponsive on your network then there is an issue on your network side.
