HLS format developed by Apple prebuffers frames to make it easier for Mobile devices to receive the video stream. This can be from 30secs up to 2-minute delays from the live source.

If you wish to get ultra-low delay we suggest using the TS format or Multicast IP format in which you can create a webpage for your customers to view the embedded stream on your webpage so no plugins are required to view the streams.

This can also be achieved using Wifi Splash screen when they connect to your wifi network so they can view the stream on that splash screen.
